Our Location
We are located at 5973 Executive Drive in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Specifically, our clinic is located near the corner of McKee Road (also known as Highway PD) and Seminole Highway.
If you are driving away from Madison on Seminole Highway, after crossing McKee Road
(Highway PD), Executive Drive is on your right. If you are driving towards Madison on Seminole Highway, Executive Drive is on your left.
You can also access Executive Drive from McKee Road (Highway PD). If you are driving on McKee Road (Highway PD) towards Fish Hatchery Road, turn right on to Market Place Drive (just past the MG&E Station). Take the next right and this road is Executive Drive.
We are located at Pinnacle Health and Fitness. Pinnacle Health and Fitness is located on the left side of Executive Drive.
Facing the front entrance to Pinnacle Health and Fitness, the entrance to our clinic is to the right. For your convience, we have reserved parking spots across from the entrance to our clinic.
